i've had the world saltiest hainan chicken rice for dinner yesterday. seriously. my mouth still stings right now.. and i have developed ulcers on my lips. anyway, due to the high salt content.. it seems like i'm super dehydrated. i went to the gym just now.. and i couldn't stand the thirst anymore.. so i went up halfway to get water. lol~ i drank like one bottle of water.. and the thirst doesn't seem to go away~ so.. i ended up with bringing along another bottle with me to the gym (: and yes.. i finished it all! lol~
and.. i haven't recovered since...
i hope my ulcers will go away tmr...
