went running today with sushi! =) lyk finally.. after not running for a week. hahas. ran around the condo. decided not to run on the treadmill cause we cant talk--no noise. no fun! hahas. talk talk talk while we run run run. talked abt everything under the sun. lalala. oh yah! cause my musles are aching rite? i told my sis abt anaerobic respiration. and goes on abt lactic acid (toxic) accumulating due to oxygen debt, causing fatigue. hahaha! but i dunno whether she got understand or not...
