aye!! haha.. anyway yesterday got physical trg!!! argh.. tiring.. can't believe that i did it!! yeah.. felt a sense of achievement after finishing all of it!!
the PT
1. run the staircase from1st to 4th level (10 times)
2. do rolly-poly (30 times)
3. the benches thingy (30 each leg--5 sets)
4. sit-up (30--5 sets)
omg!! but i did it anyway!!! haha.. after the PT i got headache and my legs were wobbling.. lolx.. den i got tuition somemore!!! argh.. i HATE to have tuition on friday!! not nice one ah!! cannot relax lho...
oh yah.. i think i screw up my Amath spring test! shit!! how can i be so careless.. and i forgot to label my sketch.. and i dunno how to do some leh.. i die liao... how ah???? if i pass this test, it's a miracle man!! i better busk up on the next one so i can pull up my grades!!
and i failed my bio fomative test lah!! lyk omg!! how can i label the wrong one!! wah lau! waste so many marks.. urgh!! i better study for bio ca that is coming up next tues... or not i going to die!!!! argh..
